RATES

   Hourly Fee:

	$100
	(ten minute minimum)

   Travel Fee:

	Within 15 minutes from Whitefish, MT at no charge
	Under one hour at hourly fee
	Over one hour at $50 per hour

   Expenses:

	Standard office supplies and U.S.P.S. letter rate at no charge
	Domestic long distance phone calls at no charge
	All other expenses billed to include 10% surcharge with  
			accompanying receipt 

   Billing:

	   End of month itemized invoicing, payable in full upon receipt  
		   (1.5% interest compounded monthly on all past due accounts)
